RENOVATION TO HOUSE FRONT PLANTINGS

BEFORE: Recently bought house for summer use, client wanted to update the large plantings in front of house and provide space for colorful annuals since this property was a summer residence.

AFTER: Large specimen trees flanked the house so smaller evergreens were installed for year round appeal, and to emphasize the attractive front entrance.

BEFORE: Planting in front of house was up against specimen Japanese white pine and out away from house. Large evergreen blocked front entrance.

AFTER: Space was left under the specimen tree for client’s wish for annual plantings. This also accentuated the landscape value of the specimen tree.
